Under Dr. Mlengana’s leadership, PMM Agri has grown from a start-up in Limpopo to a high-capacity poultry producer, scaling from 40 000 to 340 000 chickens per cycle. She has driven a clear strategy of vertical integration, strong quality control, and partnerships with leading abattoirs such as Bushvalley. Her focus on food security and local jobs guides the next phase of growth, including bringing breeding and hatchery in house to secure the supply chain. PMM Agri is an active member of the South African Poultry Association, with industry recognition that includes top performance with Nutri Feeds.
